✨ Plasma Pen Skin Tightening Treatments Before + Afters ✨

If you're on the fence about botox, fillers and surgeries, this could be a great non-invasive alternative to those procedures. Let's dive into what Plasma skin tightening can do. As we age, our skin’s natural production of collagen molecules slow down dramatically- leading to a deflationary effect on the surface of our skin. This causes fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. As the scaffolding of our skin deteriorates, it loses its natural buoyancy and texture, as the elastin that underpins our skin’s elasticity begins to wear out. Plasma Skin Tightening treatments can support this loss in structure with non-invasive face lifting and skin tightening treatments.

This method stimulates the fibroblasting in the skin to significantly tighten, repair and minimize wrinkles. Nitrogen plasma energy transfers to the epidermal layer. This micro-trauma affects the superficial epidermis, as well as the fibroblasts to help rebuild the structure of the skin naturally. This micro-trauma stimulates the healing process of the creation of new, rejuvenated, tight and smooth tissue over the next 12 weeks. Collagen and elastin are produced during this phase, plumping the structure of the skin to soften and minimize fine lines and wrinkles. The results are almost instant and in many cases will last up to three years.

Why have it done?

🔹 Lasts longer than botox and fillers.

🔹 The recovery time is minimal.

🔹 It’s less expensive than filler, botox and surgery.

🔹 Does not alter facial expressions / make you look “filled”

🔹 Non-invasive

🔹 No thinning of the skin or cutting

💫 Meina's Post Facial Glow 💫

Here is my lovely client Meina’s refreshed skin after a custom facial dedicated to her needs. Meina’s skin challenge is grade 1 acne which flares up more often than she would like.

We started with the Glow Biotics Acne Cleanser, a combination of regular and extra strength enzymes with steam. I then softened her skin with jojoba oil and performed extractions. After a lactic peel and LED light, I used a pore refining and detox mask on her trouble areas and a barrier repair mask on her chin and mouth area where she is experiencing dryness. She is on a calming ritual peppered with salicylic acid from time to time so we don’t dry out her skin, but targeted her trouble areas which are her cheeks.

For her at home care, she is using the Glow Biotics revitalizing cleanser, calming treatment and lotion, with the acne clarifying treatment when needed.

✨ Monica's Signature Facial Glow ✨

After chatting about her skin concerns, which were slight hyper-pigmentation, dryness, clogged pores and light scarring, we were ready to get to work 💪🏽

I started with the Lab to Beauty Balancing Cleanser followed by professional strength enzymes with pineapple and papaya. Following that I used warm steam to activate the enzymes and open up the pores. I performed a facial massage to loosen up any blackheads with hazelnut oil and a blend of essential oils to prepare for extractions. After extractions I performed high frequency to help kill any bacteria lingering around, and then utilized an LED blue and red light device for minimizing inflammation, redness and help build collagen. We then followed up with a hydrating CBD sheet mask. This is when I like to introduce pre-chilled cryo-sculpting tools to cool down her skin.

Key products we used to achieve her glow were:

🔑 @labtobeauty Balancing Cleanser ($40)

🔑 @herroyalhempress Age Defying Whipped Serum ($60)

🔑 @glowbiotics Illuminating Eye Cream ($49)

My client went home with all three products including a Lab to Beauty Moisture Lifting Mask ($120) for added hydration and plumpness to her routine!
